As a professional user, you can access digital service history for the vehicles you are interested in. This information is provided directly by the manufacturers and retrieved "on demand".

Digital service history contains detailed information (usually in English) about when the car was serviced, which company performed the service, the recorded mileage, and a detailed list of exactly what was done.

Terms

Digital service history is ordered via the "Order digital service history" button located below the vehicle history on the respective vehicle page. When clicked, availability is checked, and billing only takes place if digital service history is available.
  • Digital service history is available for 30 days to all users with a professional license belonging to the same department*.
  • On-demand: No fixed costs, no notice period.
  • Monthly plan: Billed per calendar month and applies to all professional licenses belonging to the same department*. Renewed on the 1st of each month.
  • Once the monthly plan limit is reached, additional digital service history will be charged at the "on demand" rate.
*Department: The group of professional licenses that are billed via the same invoice.
